When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and details of your project. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to carry out the work agreed between us.

The lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest for initial enquiries, and contract performance once you instruct us.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not use your data for marketing purposes. We do not sell, share or pass your data to any third party, except where required by law or professional obligation.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and project records for six years from the date of last contact or project completion, in line with standard professional indemnity and legal requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted.

If you would like your data removed before this period, please contact us and we will action your request where we are legally able to do so.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason for us to retain it, to object to processing, and to data portability.
